What to do if you Breakdown or Wish to Make a Claim

Useful information should you need to call upon your European breakdown cover

If you purchased your policy after the 01/09/2021:

Thank you for buying your European Motor Breakdown insurance from Voyager Insurance Services. Voyager European Breakdown Cover is provided by Call Assist. Call Assist provide a 24-hour, 365-day a year service through their network of recovery operators throughout the UK and Europe.

If your vehicle breaks down in the UK:

Please phone Call Assist’s 24-hour Control Centre on 01206 812 851

If your vehicle breaks down in Europe (area 1, 2 or 3):

Please phone Call Assist’s 24-hour Control Centre on +44 (0) 1206 812 851

Please have the following information ready to provide to our rescue coordinator:

  • Your return telephone number
  • Your policy number and vehicle registration
  • The precise location of your vehicle (or as accurate as you are able in the circumstances).

If you are deaf, hard of hearing or speech impaired, please send a text message containing your full name, policy number, vehicle registration and policy postcode to 07537 404890.

If you wish to make a claim:

Please call Call Assist’s 24-hour Control Centre on 01206 812 851

When contacting the 24-hour Control Centre, please supply your name, address and policy number and say that you are covered with Voyager European Breakdown Cover.

 

If you purchased your policy after the 01/06/19 up until 31/08/2021:

For all breakdown claims please contact us as quickly as possible using the following number;

  • From within your home country:  020 8239 3933
  • From outside your home country:  +44 (0) 20 8239 3933

For all legal expenses claims please request a claim form by contacting us as quickly as possible using the following number;

  • From within your home country: 020 8603 9804
  • From outside your home country: +44 (0) 20 8603 9804

Please supply us with your name, address and policy number and say that you are covered with Voyager to Europe Breakdown Cover 2019/20.
