Long haul adventures

If you are looking to travel further afield this Easter, then why not consider some of these destinations?

Hawaii

First stop, Hawaii. Hawaii is a brilliant choice if you fancy travelling far away from the UK this Easter. The Aloha state is made up of several islands, such as Oahu, Maui, and the island of Hawaii. This must visit American state is famed for its palm tree laden beaches, rich culture, and volcanic landscapes. Hawaii is without doubt a bucket list destination that will make your friends, family, and colleagues jealous when they see your holiday pictures!

Dubai

If Hawaii doesn’t seem quite right for you then why not consider Dubai this Easter? There is more on offer in Dubai than you might think, so much so you will be spoilt for choice! For instance, you could spend your afternoon on an exhilarating 4x4 safari through the desert, or maybe enjoy the Aquaventure waterpark. If you would prefer something slightly calmer, then you could consider Glow-in-the-Dark Mini Golf! No matter what it is you are looking for, you will almost certainly be able to find it in Dubai. With huge malls, indoor theme parks, iconic hotels, one of the world’s largest aquariums and an underwater zoo, we are sure you will have an amazing time!

Caribbean

Next, on our long-haul destination list, is the Caribbean. What you may find appealing here is that as it’s nearing the end of peak season in the Caribbean, you are near-guaranteed fine weather, whether that is in Antigua, Barbados, Jamaica, St Lucia or any other of the Caribbean states. One thing that is a must here is chartering boats. Chartering a boat will allow you to sail the seas and see the incredible coastlines, seeing some hidden spots on your way that are only accessible from the water...

Cuba

Look no further than our next suggestion if you are a fan of Vintage cars... There’s no better place to explore this Easter than Cuba. Take a ride around Havana in a Vintage car and be in awe of the French Colonial architecture, and for those of you old enough to, you can enjoy some Cuban Cigars in their natural home. After that, be sure to unwind on the beaches of Playa Blanca or visit the sea turtle conservation farm which is a popular sea turtle nesting site!

Morocco

Have you considered visiting Morocco? This gem is just south of Spain and atop the African peninsula, will offer you a wealth of culture. Feel free to spend your day exploring the markets of Marrakesh where you can walk through the maze of streets and find all manner of things for sale, such as jewellery, rugs, and pottery to name a few. You are also sure to find some street performers on your adventure, such as fortune tellers and snake charmers! If you were looking to take an excursion outside of the city walls, then you can trek the Atlas Mountains or ride camels through the desert.

We hope wherever you choose to go and whatever you decide to do, that you have an amazing Easter and enjoy finally being able to travel again!
