Due to the ongoing situation in the Middle East, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) now advises against “All But Essential Travel” to Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
As a result of this change in FCDO advice, Voyager Plus Travel Insurance is unable to provide cover for trips to these destinations.
Cover Restrictions for Israel, Iran and Lebanon

Voyager Plus Travel Insurance offers a range of different policies depending on the type of holiday you are taking, such as Short Stay cover, Annual Multi-Trip insurance and Long Stay policies (Standard, Enhanced, and Prime levels of cover only) for those people going abroad for several months.

If you are going skiing or snowboarding, you can add Winter Sports cover to your Single Trip (max. 31 days trip duration), Annual Multi-Trip (max. 21 days), or Long Stay (max. 31 consecutive days) policy up to and including a maximum age of 74.

Although Voyager Plus Travel Insurance covers a range of medical conditions, sometimes we will be unable to provide cover for certain medical conditions. Voyager Plus Travel Insurance Key Features
Voyager Plus Travel Insurance offers a range of different policies depending on the type of holiday you are taking, such as short stay cover, annual multi-trip insurance and long stay policies (Standard and Prime levels of cover only) for those people going abroad for several months.
Annual Multi-Trip features
- Covers multiple trips in any one year:
- up to 45 days per trip for travellers aged up to and including 70
- Up to 31 days per trip for travellers aged 70–74
- Up to 21 days per trip for travellers aged 75–79 (Europe only)
- Business travel included (Business plus option also available)
- Maximum age 79 years
Single Trip features
- Covers trips up 62 days in duration
Please Note: Max duration of 31 days for those aged 75-84 for Worldwide including and excluding North America policies. Max duration of 31 days also applicable to ALL individuals aged 85 years and over, for travel Worldwide. - Includes cover for children under 23 in full-time education
- No age limit!
Long stay features
- Cover for trips up to 18 months (extendable to 24 months upon referral)
- Option to extend policy from abroad
- Max trip durations available online are:
- Up to & Including 50 years – up to 18 months (extendable to 24 months upon referral)
- 51-60 years – up to 12 months (extendable to 18 months upon referral)
- 61-64 years – up to 9 months
- 65-69 years – up to 6 months
