Sports Equipment means items of a personal nature specifically designed and intended to be used for participation in a particular sport, game or leisure activity. You are covered for the loss, theft or damage to sports equipment or bicycles that you own borrow or hire during your trip. You are also covered for the cost of necessary hire of sports equipment or bicycles due to their loss, theft or damage. As well as in the event of the delayed arrival of your sports equipment or bicycle of more than 12 hours.
Please Note. You are not covered for damage to sports equipment or bicycles while they are in use for race training, racing or professional use.
