Do I need Travel Insurance that covers disruption due to terrorism, FCDO advice travel restrictions and natural disasters?

What is Covered with Enhanced Travel or Terrorism Disruption?
Voyager Plus Travel Insurance Enhanced Travel or Terrorism Disruption option extends the reasons you can claim for under the Cancellation and Curtailment, Travel Delay and Missed Departure/ Journey Disruption sections of cover to include protection for acts of terrorism, travel disruption due to volcanic ash clouds or where the FCDO/ WHO announces new restrictions relating to “all but essential travel” or “all travel” to a region or country you have already booked to travel to, for example due to sudden pandemics.
It also includes an additional section of cover offering protection for accommodation costs incurred due to these reasons, for example if you are unable to use the accommodation you had previously booked and need to use an alternative.
For these reasons it is especially useful for travellers who have booked elements of their trip independently rather than going through a tour operator.

Enhanced Travel and Terrorism Disruption Cover Option Explained:
Extended Cancellation & Curtailment:
Your Cancellation and Curtailment cover as part of the standard Voyager Plus Travel Insurance policy covers you for Cancellation or Curtailment due to a number of eventualities including, but not limited to, the death, illness or injury of yourself, your travelling companion, business associate or the person with whom you intended to stay, being called for duty as a member of HM forces, redundancy and more.
Adding the Enhanced Travel or Terrorism Disruption option extends your cover of up to £10,000 (subject to your level of cover) to also cover Cancellation due to the FCDO unexpectedly advising against “all but essential travel” or “all travel” to the area you are going to, or due to an act of terrorism affecting your journey.
This further safeguards your pocket against unexpected cancellation due to acts of terror that make it impossible to embark on your trip.
Extended Travel Delay & Abandonment:
The Enhanced Travel or Terrorism Disruption add-on also extends your cover for Travel Delay and Abandonment. For Travel Delay, your cover is extended to cover you if the public transport you were booked to travel on is cancelled or delayed, leading to your international departure being delayed by more than 12 hours.
Abandonment or Additional Expenses of your trip are also covered due to acts of terrorism affecting your point of arrival or departure and can be covered for irrecoverable unused travel and Accommodation Costs, or for suitable additional travel and accommodation expenses necessary for either your outward or inbound journey due to such reasons.
Extended Missed Departure
With the Enhanced Travel or Terrorism Disruption option, Missed Departure is also extended to cover for strike, industrial action, adverse weather conditions or disruption due to a volcanic eruption, you being denied boarding due to having no seats available, or due to an act of terrorism affecting any point of arrival or departure in your pre-booked itinerary.
Accommodation Costs
As well as the extensions of your existing cover, as detailed above or in your policy wording, there is also additional cover for Accommodation Costs.
By selecting the Voyager Plus Travel Insurance Enhanced Travel or Terrorism Disruption option and payment of the appropriate additional premium, you are covered for any irrecoverable unused Accommodation Costs and prepaid charges because you were not able to travel.
Also for any additional travel and accommodation costs incurred because you need to move to other accommodation because you cannot use your booked accommodation, to repatriate you due to a variety of natural disasters or outbreak of food poisoning at your accommodation, or an act of terrorism affecting any point of arrival or departure.
